Bike Giveaway Form

Our Bike Giveaway program focuses on assisting low-income children and families and persons with health or wellness difficulties obtain active transportation. All applicants need the sponsorship of a local nonprofit or charity. Applicants who are approved will be contacted through their sponsor when a bike fitting their needs becomes available.

Persons interested in applying for more than one person per application, please email shop@dsmbikecollective.org

Those not working with a sponsor or who just need a bicycle for recreational use should contact us regarding our Earn-a-Bike program.
